We are currently fundraising in order to take a team of kids to Ghana, Africa for a rescue mission to save trafficked children from fishing labor. While we are there, we are also going to spend a week doing an arts-and-crafts camp for the rescued children. |
The importance of taking kids on the rescue mission is to give the children the opportunity to connect with each Ghanaian child. Many times when we “sponsor” a child here in the United States the people giving get a sense of accomplishment but the children on the other end don’t get that personal touch. We want to connect children with children to build a lasting bond that can impact their lives forever. Video Clip on You Tube:
